ΑΓΑΠΗ ΚΑΙ ΧΡΟΝΟΣ Διδακτική ιστορία

Μια μέρα τα συναισθήματα,  έμαθαν ότι το νησί τους θα βούλιαζε και έτσι όλοι επισκεύασαν τις βάρκες τους και άρχισαν να φεύγουν.
Η Αγάπη ήταν η μόνη που έμεινε πίσω. Ήθελε να αντέξει μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή.

Όταν το νησί άρχισε να βυθίζεται, η Αγάπη αποφάσισε να ζητήσει βοήθεια.
Όλοι τότε την περιγελούσαν και της έλεγαν «εμείς πάντα το λέγαμε ότι μόνο η αγάπη δεν φτάνει».
Αγέρωχη, με ψηλά το κεφάλι, παρά τα δάκρυα που θόλωναν το βλέμμα της, βλέπει τον Πλούτο που περνούσε με μία λαμπρή θαλαμηγό και τον ρωτάει :
«Πλούτε, μπορείς να με πάρεις μαζί σου;»,
«Όχι, δεν μπορώ» απάντησε ο Πλούτος.
«Έχω ασήμι και χρυσάφι στο σκάφος μου και δεν υπάρχει χώρος για σένα».

Η Αγάπη τότε αποφάσισε να ζητήσει βοήθεια από την Αλαζονεία , που επίσης περνούσε από μπροστά της μ’ ένα εντυπωσιακό σκάφος.
«Σε παρακαλώ βοήθησε με» είπε η Αγάπη.
«Δεν μπορώ να σε βοηθήσω Αγάπη. Είσαι μούσκεμα και θα μου χαλάσεις το όμορφο σκάφος μου», της απάντησε η Αλαζονεία.

Η Ευδαιμονία πέρασε μπροστά από την Αγάπη αλλά κι αυτή δεν της έδωσε σημασία. Χαμένη στον γυάλινο κόσμο της ούτε καν άκουσε την Αγάπη να ζητά βοήθεια.

Η Λύπη ήταν πιο πέρα και έτσι η Αγάπη αποφάσισε να ζητήσει από αυτήν βοήθεια.
«Λύπη, άφησε με να έρθω μαζί σου»
«Ω Αγάπη, είμαι τόσο λυπημένη, που θέλω να μείνω μόνη μου» είπε η Λύπη.

Το Μίσος έριχνε άγριες ματιές στην Αγάπη και η Ειρωνεία μισογελούσε και της μόρφαζε, ενώ συνέχιζαν να κάνουν βόλτες με μια γρήγορη θαλαμηγό, απολαμβάνοντας το θέαμα: το νησί βούλιαζε κι η αγάπη μόνη στ’ ακρογιάλι…

Ξαφνικά ακούστηκε μια φωνή:
«Αγάπη, έλα εδώ. Θα σε πάρω εγώ μαζί μου».
Ήταν ένας ηλικιωμένος κύριος που η Αγάπη δεν γνώριζε.
Όταν έφτασαν ασφαλείς στην στεριά, ο κύριος την άφησε στο πανέμορφο «λιμανάκι της αγκάλης» και συνέχισε αργά και σίγουρα το δρόμο του.
Η Αγάπη ένοιωσε γεμάτη ευγνωμοσύνη για τον άγνωστο αλλά ήταν τόση η ταραχή της, που ξέχασε να τον ρωτήσει το όνομά του.

Γνωρίζοντας πόσα του χρωστούσε, που τη βοήθησε, ρώτησε τη Γνώση :
« Γνώση, ποιος με βοήθησε;»
« Ο Χρόνος», της απάντησε η Γνώση.
«Ο Χρόνος;» ρώτησε η Αγάπη. «Γιατί με βοήθησε ο Χρόνος;»
Τότε η Γνώση χαμογέλασε και με βαθιά σοφία της είπε:
« Μόνο ο Χρόνος μπορεί να καταλάβει πόσο μεγάλη σημασία έχει η Αγάπη».

Είμαστε υπεύθυνοι για τη στάση μας !!!

• Δεν αποφασίζουμε εμείς πόσα χρόνια θα ζήσουμε, αλλά μπορούμε να αποφασίσουμε πόση ζωή θα περιέχεται μέσα στα χρόνια αυτά.
• Δεν εξαρτάται από εμάς η ομορφιά του προσώπου μας, αλλά από εμάς εξαρτάται η έκφρασή του.
• Δεν έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να αποφύγουμε τις δύσκολες στιγμές της ζωής μας, αλλά μπορούμε να επιλέξουμε να μην κάνουμε δύσκολη τη ζωή μας.
• Δεν μπορούμε να ελέγξουμε την αρνητική ατμόσφαιρα του κόσμου που ζούμε, μπορούμε όμως να ελέγξουμε την ατμόσφαιρα που επικρατεί στο μυαλό μας.

Why worry about !!!

The wise old man

Today I received a beautiful email  and it’s about  a story for  The Wise Old Man.

A man of 92 years, short, very well-presented, who takes great care in his appearance, is moving into an old people’s home today.

His wife of 70 has recently died, and he is obliged to leave his home.

After waiting several hours in the retirement home lobby, he gently smiles as he is told that his room is ready.

As he slowly walks to the elevator, using his cane, I describe his small room to him, including the sheet hung at the window which serves as a curtain.

–  “I like it very much”, he says, with the enthusiasm of an 8 year old boy who has just been given a new puppy.

– “Sir, you haven’t even seen the room yet, hang on a moment, we are almost there. ”

” That has nothing to do with it “, he replies.

” Happiness is something I choose in advance.  Whether or not I like the room does not depend on the furniture, or the decor – rather it depends on how I decide to see it. ”

” It is already decided in my mind that I like my room.  It is a decision I take every morning when I wake up. ”

” I can choose.  I can spend my day in bed enumerating all the difficulties that I have with the parts of my body that no longer work very well, or I can get up and give thanks to heaven for those parts that are still in working order. ”

” Every day is a gift, and as long as I can open my eyes, I will focus on the new day, and all the happy memories that I have built up during my life. ”

” Old age is like a bank account.  You withdraw in later life what you have deposited along the way. ”

So, my advice to you is to deposit all the happiness you can in your bank account of memories.

Remember these simple guidelines for happiness.
